Can I convert my points into a voucher instead?
Yes — if you haven’t redeemed your points before the program ends, you can contact us and request a voucher instead. Our team will be happy to assist.
When is the loyalty program ending?
Our current loyalty points program will officially end on 7th March 2026. After this date, points can no longer be redeemed on the website.
What happens to my unused points?
Any unused points remaining after 7th March will expire and cannot be redeemed online. We recommend logging into your account and using your points before this date.
Why is the loyalty program ending?
We’re making way for new ways to reward our community including giveaways, special surprises, and new perks that everyone can enjoy.
I missed the deadline. Can you reactivate my points?
Unfortunately, once the program closes, points can no longer be reactivated or redeemed online.
