Normal wear
Normal wear is expected with chewing and does not affect the safety of the toy. This includes:

• Surface scratches or scoring

• Visible teeth marks

• Fading or changes in colour over time

• Small rice size pieces coming off

Damage
Damage refers to wear that affects the safety or usability of the toy. This includes:

• Large cracks or splits

• The toy breaking into multiple pieces

• The toy becoming small enough to pose a choking or safety risk
